Lichen Lea was created alongside four other peices for Wingfield Open Gardens 2015.  I exhibited alongside John Nicholson in Warren's farmhouse garden, Wingfield green, Suffolk, IP21 5RE.

I spun and dyed a variety of yarns which i then wove with a selection of commercial yarns on a Saori loom and then crocheted into.  At the initial meeting whilst viewing the site, in the November of 2014, I felt inspired by the contrast in materials that John and I used.  Our Artwork seemed to develop from a similar love for natures forms, their fluidity and curves.  In addition Johns sculptures reflective qualities meant that the surrounding garden and my textile sculptures took on a new vision within their surfaces.
